Thankful for so many things!

What an awesome day! Brian and Lindsay came up to have Thanksgiving at Grandma and Papa's house. The whole family was all in one place which means we have to take family pictures. Getting everyone to look at Papa at the same time was frustrating and yet extremely comical! Thank goodness Papa is very understanding. This day started with good food (soooo much good food) and, of course, shooting clay pigeons and ended with the kids (Brian and Lindsay too) playing dress up! The Lord gives us so much to be thankful for, the list goes on forever!

I'm a slacker!

I have been horrible about taking pictures this month. I did take these however and thought they would have to do. Mom gave Molly this adorable sweater but the fact that it is white made me worry that she would be mistaken as a boy. The ribbon, I thought, brought a nice splash of color to a fairly simple outfit. Craig informed me that Molly didn't like the ribbon because she kept undoing it and trying to eat it. He said that if I was a truck driver I would have lights and chrome wherever possible. I decided to take this as a compliment!!

First Awards

Sawyer got an award for being kind to others and for being a good listener. Kylie Shumway received hers for academic excellence. I thought this was a cute picture of the two of them looking so proud.

Playoff Games Begin!

The Council Lumberjacks had their first state playoff game today. Maggie dressed up in her cheerleader outfit and then proceeded to sleep, snore, and drool on Uncle Dan for most of the game! The boys played great and will have a game next Friday to determine who will be going to the State Championship.

Gang Green

The boys are carrying on the tradition of bad (or sweet awesome) haircuts for state playoffs. Bo had his last night and Lewis had to come by and have Uncle Craig do his magic on his head too. I love these Green Boys. Craig thinks they might need to get a little sun on those stripes!

Happy Harvest Time

I had all year to decide what the kids would be for halloween and it came right down to the final hour and some improvising to come up with these outfits! Sometimes flying by the seat of your pants has the best view.

Just to clarify, Sawyer was a UFC fighter, Sidon a football player, Maggie was a fairy princess, and Molly was a cowgirl(with horse included).

Playing with Friends

We went out to Andria's house on Sunday and spent time with her monkey's!
